As first time landlords, getting our home rented out seemed like a daunting task. Rental Property Pros helped us every step of the way. Janice, Es’Sence, and Laura were amazing to work with. Great communication, professional, and personable. They handled finishing up renovations to get our property rent ready. If an issue arose they were quick to notify us and come up with a solution. They were always readily available to speak with. They kept us updated throughout the entire application processes until we had a tenant in place. You can tell Janice truly cares about her clients. If I could leave 10 stars for this company, I would. Working with Ms. Es’Sence was nothing short of amazing. She was so prompt in answering every question I had, the turn around time for the application approval was so quick as well. Not only that, but she truly took the time to explain each property and even offered giving us a virtual tour given that we were traveling from out of town. We will be purchasing in about a year and I’ll be sure to use this company. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and giving me a 10 star experience and making choosing a rental property a breeze.
